About the Role:

  • Design and Develop terrestrial and subsea network infrastructure to ensure performance, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead the Service Delivery Function for customers, translating business requirements into buildable network solutions.
  • Oversee Technical Strategy and Governance, including supplier selection, procurement, and integration of network hardware and software.
  • Evaluate GIS and Spatial Systems to support network planning and asset management.
  • Drive Innovation in improving reliability, performance, and longevity of subsea assets.
  • Provide Technical Input on supply agreements and commercial negotiations.
  • Lead the NetOps Function to ensure high availability, resilience, and performance.
  • Ensure Network Security and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Foster Collaboration across teams to drive innovation in network design and service delivery.
  • Anticipate Emerging Technologies to evolve internal capability and shape the future of the industry.
  • Build a High-Performing Team, providing guidance and mentorship to team members.

About You:

  • Deep knowledge of telecommunications networks and associated network design and operations.
  • Proven experience in network engineering within the telco space.
  • Understanding of transmission equipment supplier portfolios.
  • Production network situational awareness and ability to define immediate operational interventions.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders in both upstream and downstream project environments.
  • Understanding of GIS functions, network asset mapping, and systems.
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
