About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical & Controls Engineer to join our team at Cimic Group. As an Electrical & Controls Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to site teams, including site visits and relief work.
  • Conduct regular plant inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement and commission small projects to enhance plant performance and efficiency.
  • Perform studies to identify opportunities for operational improvements and modifications.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects effectively and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical or Controls) or Diploma/AD with Electrical Trade background.
  • 2-3 years' experience in operational or design engineering capacity.
  • PLC (Rockwell) and Citect SCADA knowledge and skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret Electrical & Controls drawings and engineering documents.
  • Electrical & Control System troubleshooting and fault-finding abilities.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience in project management.
  • Skills in MS Office suite, MS Access, MS project, PLC & SCADA.
  • Self-motivated and project management awareness.
