Lead Brewer Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Lead Brewer in our thriving brewery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial brewing, with a minimum of five years of hands-on expertise and advanced brewing qualifications.

This dynamic individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, including recipe development, quality control, and customer engagement. They will also contribute to strategic decisions surrounding product lines, pricing, and market positioning, working closely with the culinary team to develop innovative beer and food pairings that complement our restaurant's elevated dining experience.

The successful candidate will possess a strong commercial mindset, with a deep understanding of the economics of brewing and the ability to drive profitability through capacity utilisation, ingredient sourcing, and product mix. Excellent communication skills are essential, as they will need to effectively communicate complex brewing concepts to customers and present to industry groups with confidence.
