At Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort, we have a unique opportunity for highly skilled and dedicated professionals to join our team as an In Room Attendant. This is a casual, hourly position that requires individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional guest service.

About the Role:
  • As an In Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in our guest rooms. This includes making beds with precision, vacuuming floors, and cleaning bathrooms to ensure a pristine environment.
  • You will be required to complete cleaning tasks efficiently within the hours allocated by management.
  • You will utilise specialised cleaning equipment and products provided by us, with full training to ensure effective and safe use.
  • You will build strong, professional relationships with fellow staff members, guests, and contractor personnel to support a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles will be highly regarded.
  • You must possess physical fitness and stamina, with the ability to handle repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
  • You should have a basic understanding of safe handling and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training will be provided).
  • You must have excellent communication skills to interact professionally with guests, team members, and contractors.
  • You should demonstrate a positive attitude, team spirit, and a strong work ethic.
  • You must be reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required.
