Job Description

We are seeking a Product Management Leader to join our Consumer team, where the focus will be on driving growth and mapping end-to-end solution design.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for gaps in consumer product offerings and an innovative mindset to fill them. They should be a skilled market analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of solution design — from conception through to release.

The role requires someone who is a confident leader, with experience guiding cross-functional teams in the successful creation of products and solutions that improve consumer experience and grow market share.

  • Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company
  • Define and move the business from product to solution positioning
  • Work on key e-commerce initiatives and programmes of work that deliver on customer experience, drive market growth and continuous improvement of our current product set

The successful candidate will be a highly skilled individual with excellent communication skills, the ability to lead cross-functional teams, and a strong understanding of product management principles.
