Job Title: Experienced Team Leader

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced team leader to oversee a multidisciplinary team of staff across multiple locations, providing leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in supporting older people and carers living with dementia, with particular emphasis on psycho-social approaches to case management. They will be responsible for managing a team of skilled professionals, working on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, and ensuring timely allocation of incoming referrals to the appropriate team members.

The role involves developing a culture of empowerment, mentorship, and support within the team, ensuring their wellbeing and safety is considered at all times. The team leader will also be responsible for oversight of individual and team performance, ensuring that the service operates within the case management framework, reducing the impact of behaviours on people living with dementia, their carers, and staff.
