Job Title: Experienced Cafe Barista


Our cafe is seeking a highly skilled and motivated cafe barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in making high-quality coffee drinks, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities:

  • Making high-quality coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages and specialty drinks
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the counter, equipment, and surrounding area
  • Providing exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and handling cash transactions
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Adhering to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and cleaning procedures

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a cafe barista or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with coffee-making equipment and techniques
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
