Lead Cafe and Kiosk Operations

We are seeking driven individuals to lead our cafes in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, with opportunities available in CHADSTONE, CAMBERWELL, and DONCASTER.

This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated cafe managers or experienced supervisors looking for a new challenge.

About the Role

The successful applicant will have experience in a leadership role, preferably in a cafe or QSR environment. They will also possess excellent communication and language skills, as well as strong barista skills.

  • Fundamental Requirements:
    • Minimum 2 years of cafe and customer service experience
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Barista certification
    • Experience working in high-pressure environments

The ideal candidate will be able to provide clear and confident instructions, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a friendly and enthusiastic personality.
