About the Role

Nellsar Care Homes is seeking an experienced and skilled Care Home Manager to join our team. As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our care home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Ensure that the care home is run in a safe and efficient manner, meeting all relevant regulations and standards
  • Manage the care home's budget and resources to ensure that we are providing the best possible care and support to our residents
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies and partners to ensure that we are providing the best possible care and support to our residents
Requirements
  • Level 5 in management or equivalent experience
  • Ability to manage, coach and develop staff
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • A thorough knowledge and understanding of dementia care
  • Ability to foster and develop communication with external agencies
  • Proven professional development
  • Ability to manage your workload
  • Monitoring and maintaining clinical standards

  • Recent experience of working in a residential care home
