Private Markets Product Leader

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and management of our Private Markets product offering. This is a pivotal role that requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities.
This role will involve leading the development and delivery of our Private Markets offering, including the design, onboarding, and pricing of new offerings. You will also collaborate with custodians, administrators, responsible entities, and audit partners on fund operations, as well as liaise with platforms and internal teams to support seamless implementation.
You will be responsible for overseeing product governance activities and ensuring accurate regulatory disclosure, representing Evidentia externally and providing updates to internal committees.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline, with strong experience in product management and/or operations within Private Markets. Experience in SMAs or broader wealth management would be advantageous.

- Lead product development and delivery: Develop and manage the Private Markets product roadmap and growth strategy, oversee the design, onboarding, and pricing of new Private Markets offerings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Collaborate with custodians, administrators, responsible entities, and audit partners on fund operations, as well as liaise with platforms and internal teams to support seamless implementation.
- Ensure regulatory compliance: Oversee product governance activities and ensure accurate regulatory disclosure.
- Represent Evidentia externally: Represent Evidentia externally and provide updates to internal committees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline.
- Strong experience in product management and/or operations within Private Markets.
- Experience in SMAs or broader wealth management would be advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
- Confident communicator, analytical thinker, and team player.
