A highly skilled Orthopaedic Sales Leader is sought after by a global orthopaedic company to oversee its expanding operations across Australia and New Zealand.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in orthopaedic sales management or leading medical device teams focused on operating theatres and procedural sales. They should possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to build, inspire, and retain high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance revenue, customer relationships, and market presence
  • Set ambitious sales targets, align efforts, and drive operational excellence
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, surgical teams, and stakeholders
  • Monitor team performance, implement improvements where needed, and provide regular reports to senior management

Salary and Benefits:

  • Base salary: $220,000 - $280,000 per annum (commensurate with experience)
