Key Responsibilities:

• Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction
• Build collaborative working relationships with your team to ensure a positive and productive store environment
• Maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards to showcase our products in an appealing and engaging way
• Utilize your exceptional people skills to educate and inspire customers about our products and services
• Work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment

Requirements:

• Previous retail industry or guest services experience is desirable, preferably within beauty
• Ability to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Proof of right to live and work in the country is required if invited to attend an interview
