Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to meet sales targets and cost control objectives
  • Ensure store presentation, visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management standards are consistently met
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance employee engagement
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, dependent on location and experience
