We're seeking a skilled and friendly bartender to join our team.

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and satisfied
• Maintain a clean and welcoming bar environment, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and organization
• Serve beer and wine with expertise, recommending the perfect pairing to enhance the guest's experience
• Prepare and serve cocktails with precision and flair, using fresh ingredients and creative techniques
• Use POS system to efficiently manage transactions, maintaining accurate records and minimizing errors
• Clean and maintain bar equipment, adhering to health and safety regulations

About You:

• Current NSW RSA/RCG certification, with a commitment to ongoing professional development
• Thrives in fast-paced environments, remaining calm under pressure and adapting to changing situations
• Works collaboratively as part of a high-performing team, sharing knowledge and expertise to achieve common goals
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and late nights, with a willingness to be on-call when necessary

Key Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in a bar or similar hospitality setting, with a proven track record of success
• NSW RSA certification, with a commitment to upholding responsible serving practices
• NSW RCG certification, with a demonstrated ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
