We are seeking a passionate and experienced Education Leader to join our team at Only About Children Caringbah campus. As an Education Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the educational direction of our campus and ensuring the highest quality care and education for our children.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that align with the National Quality Framework and Only About Children's philosophy.
- Lead and mentor a team of educators to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care and education.
- Collaborate with the Centre Director and Assistant Director to develop and implement policies and procedures that support the educational program.
- Conduct regular observations and assessments to ensure the educational program is meeting the needs of children.
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents and the wider community to ensure a strong partnership in the education and care of children.
