About the Role

We are always on the lookout for seasoned professionals who can elevate our engineering teams to new heights. As a Technical Team Lead, you will play a pivotal leadership role in driving the success of our delivery teams.

The successful candidate will provide guidance, mentorship, and support to teams to ensure seamless technology, delivery, and product outcomes align with our objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the technical strategy for customer platforms and technology stack
  • Collaborate with other leaders to define and deliver product and technology roadmaps
  • Develop and maintain a clear and sustainable system of work for teams
  • Mentor teams to design solutions, deliver incremental changes, and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • A tech-agnostic leader with hands-on CRM experience
  • Good understanding of Cloud infrastructure (AWS or equivalent)
  • Prior experience working in sophisticated system architectures
  • Experience implementing continuous delivery, agile, and lean practices with delivery teams
  • Understanding of micro-services oriented architecture with extensible REST APIs
  • Domain-driven design expertise
