Senior Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Professional to join our Vacheron Constantin team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires a strong passion for luxury goods, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be working closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Developing strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Achieving sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing
• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and efficient issue resolution
• Participating in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive environment
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
• At least 2-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment
• Strong passion for luxury goods and a deep understanding of the industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong knowledge of English language
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
• Pleasant disposition and a strong team player mentality
