About This Role

Are you an experienced transport professional with a passion for strategic advisory work? Do you have a strong background in traffic engineering and transport planning, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects?

We are seeking an Associate Director to join our team, responsible for providing expert advice on traffic engineering and transport planning matters. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, as well as strong leadership and communication abilities.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic advice on traffic engineering and transport planning matters to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Lead and manage teams of transport professionals to deliver high-quality projects and initiatives
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Mentor and coach staff members to help them achieve their career goals

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in Transport Planning or Traffic Engineering
  • Relevant experience in consultancy environment, ideally with proven ability to manage and develop team members
  • Proven track record of identifying and winning new business or building new clients and business
