Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee and manage financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

The successful candidate will have experience in bank administration, accounts payable and/or receivable functions and previous finance systems experience.

They will be responsible for managing AP and AR functions, performing bank administration and month-end related tasks, and assisting with payroll reconciliations and employee-related questions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee AP and AR functions and perform bank administration and month-end related tasks.
  • AP function management: support the offshore AP team, build and maintain strong relationships and communication with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, liaise with external suppliers and where required, with internal stakeholders, regarding supplier invoice queries.
  • AR function management: manage and review AR tasks, including receipting and report, oversee and manage the invoice finance facility.
  • Bank and month-end related tasks: daily bank reconciliations and cash balance reporting, manage unreconciled bank items with AP and AR.
  • Management of other banking facilities, including equipment financing.
  • Assist with payroll reconciliations and employee-related questions.
