Horticultural Development Position

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a horticultural development specialist. This entry-level position offers hands-on training and the chance to contribute to exciting projects in high-end residential settings.

You will work alongside experienced horticulturists to develop your skills and gain practical knowledge in all aspects of garden maintenance.

This includes assisting with the maintenance of landscapes, learning and practicing proper pruning, trimming, and weeding techniques, participating in soil preparation, composting, and fertilization activities.

As a member of our team, you will also contribute to the design and layout of outdoor spaces under the guidance of senior team members and collaborate with colleagues to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the maintenance of landscapes, including planting, irrigation, and turf management.
  • Learning and practicing proper pruning, trimming, and weeding techniques.
  • Participating in soil preparation, composting, and fertilization activities.
  • Contributing to the design and layout of outdoor spaces under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
