V/Line is a leading transport provider in Victoria, delivering more services, trains, cheaper fares, and huge projects. As a result, we're experiencing significant growth and require talented individuals to join our team.
About the RoleWe're offering an unpaid internship program for 10 days of work experience across various teams. This placement will provide you with a tailored opportunity to align with your career goals while demonstrating your willingness to learn and maintain a professional attitude.
Key Accountabilities Include:- Complete up to 10 days of work experience with us.
- Collaborate closely with our team members to achieve common goals.
- Upfold V/Line's core values: respect, leadership, responsiveness, human rights, integrity, and accountability.
- Candidates must pass the adjusted and supported V/Line interview process.
- You must be registered with an NDIS employment services provider or TAFE for insurance coverage.
- This program is unpaid; no payments will be exchanged.
- No paid employment opportunities are associated with this program.
- Opportunities depend on business area availability and your requested location and dates.
- Placements are likely to occur in various locations.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Possess:- Good communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret organizational documents (support available if needed).
- Capability to follow operational and safety instructions independently.
- Desirable: Previous experience in customer service or knowledge of the rail industry.
The estimated salary for this internship is around $20-$25 per hour, which translates to approximately $800-$1000 per week, depending on the number of hours worked. Please note that this is an unpaid internship, and no financial compensation is provided.
