About the Role:

As a Retail Sales Assistant at Platypus, you'll be part of an incredible team, making memories and having a blast in our fun and fast-paced environments.

You'll work with premium products, always in the know about the latest releases and hottest trends, and create moments that customers will cherish forever.

The Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service in store with premium product.
  • Work part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets.
  • Process large volumes of stock, picking and packing click and dispatch orders.
  • Assist in maintaining the in-store operations, including housekeeping, VM, and cleaning required.
  • Maintain a positive CAN-DO attitude at all times to sell to our customers.

To Succeed in This Role:

  • Bring previous retail experience, a commitment to providing exceptional customer service, and a passion for streetwear and sneaker culture.
  • Be self-motivated, with the ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, and be able to listen and use feedback constructively.
