Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead our Brisbane manufacturing team as we expand our factory size, head count, and production volumes. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a team of production staff, implementing a LEAN manufacturing philosophy, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Brisbane manufacturing team to achieve production targets and improve efficiency
  • Develop and implement a LEAN manufacturing program to eliminate waste and improve quality
  • Recruit, train, and develop production staff to support business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
