This is a dynamic role at NBCUniversal where you will work closely with the TVD Sales team to update product reports and licensee reports. You will also be responsible for cross-checking finalized deals with the production system to ensure correct details are entered.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be well-organized, and have great prioritization skills. You will also be a good communicator with an analytical mind and a desire to learn.

Responsibilities include working on proactive initiatives with the TVD Sales team to go to market with, providing administrative support for various projects, and managing calendar and coordinating meetings/conference calls.

You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating client databases and systems, monitoring the marketplace for changes that affect sales activities, and researching current market trends.

In coordination with the TVD Sales team, you will develop sales strategies to quickly address and capitalize on new opportunities.

Requirements include proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Work, Outlook, and Excel, as well as excellent attention to detail and well-organized skills.

Australian citizen or permanent resident and actively completing a business, Legal or Marketing degree in the 2025 year are also required.

This is a part-time role that requires a 9-month commitment, and you must be studying for the duration of the internship.

You must also include a cover letter stating why you would like to work for NBCUniversal and what you feel you can bring to the company.
