This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in a unique entertainment venue located in the heart of inner Brisbane.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced General Manager with a background in venue management, specifically in the entertainment, cinema or events sector. You will be responsible for leading a close-knit team and taking on new challenges in a dynamic and supportive environment.
The TeamYou will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a talented team of like-minded individuals who share your passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. This is a dream role for anyone passionate about the entertainment industry, with opportunities to grow and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities- Min. 2 years experience in a leadership role in a cinema or entertainment venue environment.
- Proven record of delivering outcomes relating to customer service, hiring & training and high profile functions/events.
- Ability to work collaboratively, but also thrive taking hold of your own venue.
- Experience in the operating of digital projection equipment.
- Proven record meeting financial targets.
