Hastha Solutions is seeking a skilled Connex Developer to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in Banking and Financial Services, specifically in Payments and Cards, Acquiring Solutions. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience as an IT Product Specialist with strong technical and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expertise in analysis, design, development, and implementation in Connex Switch application within HPNS TANDEM Environment
  • Good understanding in switching technology, EFT, payments, and banking domain
  • Experience in handling scheme mandates like VISA, MASTERCARD, EFTPOS, US REGIONAL Networks PULSE, DISCOVER, NYCE, SHAZAM
  • Good understanding of ISO 8583 and AS2805 Network Specifications
  • Hands-on experience on switch migration/software upgradation, hardware migration TANDEM
  • Hands-on experience in analyzing and troubleshooting incidents from production environment
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks, tools, and simulators like FINSIM, VISA, MC
  • Experience on various customizations on CONNEX Switch
  • Experience in EMV implementation, tokenization projects
