Job Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate educator to join our team as a Diversity Leader at our Cobblebank Campus.

Role Description

This is a full-time position for a three-year appointment with a possibility of a further three years upon successful mid-term appraisal.

As a Diversity Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring that all students receive the support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • To develop and implement strategies to promote diversity and inclusion within the school community.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to ensure that every student has access to equal opportunities.
  • Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for individualised learning plans.
Qualifications and Skills

The successful candidate must hold or acquire and maintain Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration. Candidates must hold a valid visa and/or full Australian Working Rights and provide evidence of this.
