Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to lead our agile delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the delivery of technical projects and products in accordance with Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and document project scope and reporting, including developing and maintaining Delivery Road Maps and Delivery plans.
  • Manage priorities against the available capacity of multi-disciplinary team members.
  • Lead day-to-day operations of a technical agile team, including facilitating and leading Scrum ceremonies such as 'Daily Stand up', Planning and Retrospectives.
  • Develop and maintain a high-level of specialist, professional and/or technical expertise through coaching and training.
  • Build and sustain mutually beneficial and collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in driving the delivery of technical projects and products in accordance with Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in a collaborative, innovative and efficient working culture.
Desirable Criteria
  • SAFe Certifications and/or experience working in a SAFe or similar environment.
  • Scrum Master certification.
  • Experience in Identity Access Management technologies.

Please note that a BASELINE security clearance is an essential requirement for this role.
