About the Role

  • Analyze functional requirements and design documents to establish conditions, scenarios, and detailed automation testing plans.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated testing assets to ensure functional and non-functional requirements meet quality and reliability standards.
  • Manage the project team's expectations, with regards to testing, within an agile high-speed delivery environment.
  • Contribute to solution design to ensure solution testability and promote test engineering best practices within the development process.

About You

  • You will have a strong background in Java development and a passion for test automation.
  • 2+ years of experience as a hands-on Java developer.
  • Test automation with knowledge in Java or Python language.
  • Solid and practical experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
  • Solid and practical experience with Hibernate, Spring data JPA.
  • Proficient with JUnit/Mockito/JMeter.
  • Experience with Restful API design and development.
  • Knowledge base with Testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, etc.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills - asking good questions, challenging assumptions, and challenging existing ideas and viewpoints.
  • Experience in Agile environment and comfortable with fast-paced delivery process.
  • Exposure to container technology like Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Exposure to cloud infrastructure.
  • Exposure to CI/CD.
