Technical Business Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our consulting practice, you will be responsible for the successful design, implementation, and support of high-performance, secure Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, along with deep experience in IAM solutions preferably Oracle IAM technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features, ensure applications comply with established security standards and regulations, and contribute to code reviews and best practices.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong background in Java development, agile methodologies, and problem-solving.   • Key Responsibilities:

    • Developing Java applications
    • Participating in software development lifecycle
    • Collaborating with teams

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
    • 5+ years of experience in a technical business analyst or software engineering role
    • 3+ years of experience with Java development in enterprise environments
    • 2+ years of experience in IAM domain, preferably in consulting or complex environments
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
    • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
