Employment Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employment Services Manager to lead teams across various sites in Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop and deliver high-quality employment services, drive innovation and quality, and achieve lasting outcomes for individuals living with mental health conditions and their families.

About the Role:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Employment Consultants using the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model.
  • Deliver person-centred services that reflect our organisation's values.
  • Oversee daily operations, compliance, and performance to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Establish strong partnerships with employers to create inclusive opportunities and support sustainable employment outcomes.
  • Develop referral pathways through connections with NDIS and community mental health providers.
  • Monitor and report on outcomes, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support participants' holistic needs in employment, wellbeing, and workplace readiness.

Requirements:

  • A relevant Certificate III or higher qualification.
  • Two or more years of experience in employment services, with leadership or lived experience highly regarded.
  • Strong local employer relationships and business development skills.
  • Current driver's licence and own vehicle.
  • Ability to obtain required clearances (NDIS, Working with Children, Police Check).
