We are currently seeking a Sales Associate to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment and has excellent customer service skills.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating a memorable and seamless experience for every customer interaction. This includes maintaining presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management and cleaning.

You will also process customer transactions on the point-of-sale system, exceed sales targets and business key performance indicators, and provide styling advice and support in fitting rooms.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience in a similar fashion retail or customer service role with a strong sense of personal style. You must also have a can-do, positive attitude to all areas of work, and an eye for detail with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.

A genuine alignment with our values and desire to be part of our team is also essential. You will need to be able to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.

Please note: Our ideal candidate must have full availability to work throughout the festive season including extended trade, weekends and Public Holidays. You may also be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.
