About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to lead our Kindergarten team at Milestones Early Learning Everton Park. As a key member of our centre, you will be responsible for designing and implementing educational programs that foster a lifelong love of learning in our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of our children
  • Motivate and lead a team of educators to achieve exceptional outcomes
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment
  • Support the centre to meet and exceed the National Quality Standards

About You

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about early childhood education and has a strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds. You will have:

  • A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant teaching registration (if applicable)
  • A current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain
  • A strong understanding of the National Quality Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework
