About the Role:

Skilled Jobs Australia is seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join its dynamic team. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dealer servicing and repair for various vehicle brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform logbook servicing, diagnostics, and fault finding on diesel and large vehicle engines.
• Maintain and repair vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
• Work proactively as part of a team, communicating effectively at all levels and providing exceptional customer service.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry developments, with ongoing training and upskilling.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Diesel Fitting or a related field.
• At least 2 years' experience working on various vehicle brands, with a strong understanding of diesel engines and large vehicle maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Certificates of other training and upskilling (preferred).

This is a full-time position with a salary based on experience between $73,150 - $90,000 + superannuation.
