About the Role:

Australian Personnel Solutions (APS Group) has partnered with a leading Cold Storage & Logistics company to find multiple warehouse pick packers for their growing team in Murarrie. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for general warehouse laboring, packing orders, and RF scanning.

The Finer Details:
  • Competitive hourly rates: $32.10 to $34.73 per hour.
  • Weekly pay.
  • Monday to Friday roster plus one weekend shift.
  • Full training and buddy programs in place.
  • Inclusive and diverse onsite culture.
  • Peak Season Overtime available.
  • Above award rates and conditions.
Shifts Available:
  • Day Shift: 4:30am starts.
  • Afternoon Shift: 1pm starts.
Duties:
  • General warehousing duties.
  • Picking orders with RF Scanning.
  • Despatch and wrapping pallets.
  • Operation of picking machinery.
  • Manual Handling required (up to 20kgs).
  • Working within various temperature zones, Temperature varies between 4c to -18c.
Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in warehousing or laboring preferred but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with speed and accuracy.
  • Own reliable transport.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
  • Full Time Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings if required.
