Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead all gaming marketing activities and planning in Sydney.

This key role will oversee the Marketing Executive team members, ensuring effective management of return on investment, stakeholder engagement, and drive revenue growth for our guests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic marketing initiatives, overseeing campaign success at program, customer, and campaign levels
  • Manage and support Marketing Executive team members, fostering a collaborative environment
  • Develop offers for relevant segments, including promotional copy, rules, and restrictions

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing, advertising, or brand development, with people management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to change while maintaining strong communication skills
  • Tertiary degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
