About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Garden Maintenance Team Leader to join our team at Green by Nature. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance staff and ensuring the highest standards of garden maintenance are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct a team of maintenance staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Follow schedules and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.
  • Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition and identify improvements needed.
  • Interact with clients to understand their preferences and address concerns.

Requirements

  • Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens
  • Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
  • White Card
  • Valid Drivers' license
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
