Structural Design Professional

We are seeking a skilled Structural Design Professional to collaborate with our team in planning, developing, coordinating, and reviewing project civil/structural design work.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in 3D modeling, producing drawings, facilitating discussions, and communicating complex technical issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops and reviews design work within a small-size civil/structural design group.
  • Creates 3D models, drawings, and documentation for concrete structures, foundations, and steel detailing.
  • Collaborates with day-to-day technical work of civil/structural engineers, scientists, specialists, designers, and drafters.
  • Communicates complex technical issues and recommends solutions to upper management.
  • Prepares or oversees the preparation of civil/structural design estimates and work plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience.
  • Or 14-17 years of relevant work experience.
Desirable Skills:
  • Design of industrial structures, including buildings, material handling structures, equipment supporting structures, building and equipment foundations, retaining walls, etc.
  • Design and modeling of concrete and structural steel in a 3D environment.
  • Assisting in preparation of discipline material take-offs.
  • Work in 2D environments while preparing drawings.
  • Leading a small structural design team.
