Social Media Intern Role OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join our close-knit team as a Social Media Intern. You'll be at the heart of our brand's digital voice, sharing the product's wellness journey on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities- Social Media Management: Manage Instagram and TikTok accounts, create and post engaging content, and build strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Content Creation: Develop visually appealing content such as reels and videos that reflect our health and wellness focus. Comfortable with being in front of the camera is a must.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies based on insights and data.
- Community Engagement: Respond to comments and direct messages to foster engagement and build relationships with our audience.
- Affiliate Management Support: Assist with managing affiliate activities, ensuring content aligns with our brand, and supporting admin tasks.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or Master's in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts, especially Instagram and TikTok.
- Comfortable with filming and creating short-form videos that resonate with a health-conscious audience, especially Gen Z.
- Passionate about health and wellness, with a creative flair for content creation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Experience with content creation tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Native English speaker or equivalent fluency, with a strong understanding of social media trends.
This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact in a close-knit team. You'll enjoy exposure, hands-on experience, and autonomy in your work. The estimated salary for this position is around $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
