This role offers an exciting opportunity for skilled Moulding Technicians to join our dynamic team and contribute to the production of high-quality products.

About this opportunity

We are seeking experienced Moulding Technicians who can work safely, set up injection moulding machines, perform maintenance tasks, and recommend improvements to increase operational efficiency.

Your key responsibilities

  • Work safely and look after yourself and your teammates.
  • Setup injection moulding machines and ancillary equipment such as cutters, lasers, and conveyors.
  • Initiate changes of moulds, hot stamps, inserts, and materials. Assign duties to operators accordingly.
  • Perform maintenance on injection moulding machines, handlings, hot stampers, and other relevant equipment.
  • Repair or attempt to repair any breakdown then call in the R&M team to assist as needed.
  • Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of products.
  • Deliver finished goods into the warehouse department.

Requirements

  • Excellent mechanical aptitude coupled with a comprehensive education and/or practical experience in the field.
