Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at our brand-new Montessori Early Learning Centre in Narre Warren North.

About the Role:

  • Our ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for children's learning and development, with experience in Montessori education being a bonus but not essential.

What We're Looking For:

  • A positive, professional, and team-focused attitude
  • Reliable, flexible, and confident working across all age groups, with experience with mixed age groups being a bonus
  • Excellent communication skills to build trusting relationships with families and colleagues

Essential Requirements:

  • An approved ACECQA qualification (Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care)
  • A passion for early childhood education and a strong commitment to child safety
  • Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
  • A Working with Children Check and mandatory reporting training
  • Full Australian working rights
