Job Title: Senior Project Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our team at Georgiou Group. As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers on a major construction project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers on a major construction project
  • Implement and monitor project management plans
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers for site works
  • Prepare short-term look ahead programs and provide input into the project schedule
  • Measure and review productivity for assigned tasks and report formally to the project team

Requirements:

  • Structures experience essential – reinforced concrete and PT
  • Degree in either Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • Able to demonstrate development and management of a number of subordinate engineers
  • Able to demonstrate managerial acumen in areas such as Contract awareness and commercial control
  • Excellent technical knowledge of all aspects of commercial building
  • Understanding of services requirements within commercial building (Elec, Mech, hydraulics, dry/wet fire)
