Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with a cohesive team of midwives and broader healthcare professionals to ensure safe patient care is provided to our women.
- Empower and work closely with women and their families to meet their needs, advocating for their choices and care where safe to do so.
- Provide education to women and families, and mentor junior staff to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Assess, plan, develop, implement, and review care in partnership with the broader Monash Women's teams.
