Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Enablement Consultant to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our Technology and Data Management functions, you will play a critical role in identifying, communicating, measuring, assessing, and overseeing technology and data risks.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with Technology and Data Management functions to identify and communicate technology and data risks.
- Support and liaise with members of the Data Governance team to measure and assess risk associated with data and technology.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our risk management framework.
- Create and maintain clear and consistent risk management documentation, including risk metric dashboards.
- Provide support on risk processes and registers, ensuring accuracy and currency of content.
- Monitor the status of risk treatment actions related to risks and findings.
- Design and implement controls testing across all Technology controls.
- 3+ years' experience in Technology risk management.
- Knowledge of risk management and compliance disciplines.
- Experience/Understanding of security frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, SOC2, NIST).
- Good understanding of risk categories: operational risk, IT risk, project risk, third-party risk, business risk.
- Practical approach to solving issues with strong commercial acumen.
- Exceptional time management and ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
- IT background and strategic execution.
