Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Loss Adjustor to join our team. As an experienced professional in the automotive smash repair industry, you will be responsible for providing quality workmanship and ensuring vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and work providers.
  • Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner in accordance with average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures.
  • Complete quotes as required onsite, off-site, and online.
  • Process vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging.
  • Manage parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness as required.
  • Manage suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorised in a timely manner.
  • Assist with production management of the centre where required.
  • Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  • Hand over completed repairs to customers.
About You
  • You have proven experience within a similar position including experience in the preparation of estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry.
  • You have excellent customer service skills including building rapport with customers and work providers.
  • You are highly professional and personable.
  • You have strong systems experience and competent computer abilities.
  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You are able to meet strict deadlines.
  • You can problem solve with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • You are able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team.
  • You have a strong commitment to working in a safe manner.
  • You have high attention to detail.
  • You are reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
