Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Warehouse Coordinator, who will oversee the daily management and organization of receiving and dispatch operations. Additionally, they will be responsible for coordinating the keying of customer orders in order to meet set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily management and organization of receiving and dispatch operations
  • Coordinate keying of customer orders to meet set KPIs
  • Lead the day-to-day running of the warehouse site, including load/unload, receive/count/store stock, packing/shipping orders, checking goods on arrival/dispatch, maintaining/reporting stock levels, driving forklift equipment, investigating stock discrepancies, coordinating annual stocktakes, and ensuring workplace safety requirements are met
  • Take an active role in implementing continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Substantial experience in a warehousing/production environment
  • Experience in operating key machinery and safe forklift operation
  • Organizational skills to successfully multitask and coordinate priorities
  • Intermediate knowledge in Enterprise Resource Planning systems and Microsoft Office products
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive attitude towards workplace safety and customer service
