Job DescriptionAs the Customer Service Department Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the customer service department, ensuring that all aspects of front-of-store operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead, coach, and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control requirements, and rostering needs.
- Maintain excellent service standards, keeping the checkout area clean and safe for team members and customers.
- Drive a one-team culture that prioritizes team members' health, safety, and wellbeing.
- Be customer-obsessed and continually seek to better understand diverse customers to provide an outstanding shopping experience.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
