About the RoleWe are seeking passionate and dedicated healthcare professionals to join our team in various capacities, including full-time, part-time, and casual positions. As a valued member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and residents.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, adhering to AHPRA regulations and West Wimmera Health Service policies and procedures. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
Key Selection Criteria- For Registered Nurses: Current AHPRA registration, excellent understanding of EQuIP criteria, Victorian Driver's Licence, and relevant qualifications.
- For Enrolled Nurses: Medication Endorsed qualification, current APHRA registration, excellent understanding of iCare, ACFI, and Aged Care Standards.
- For Health Care Workers: Certificate III in Aged Care, previous experience in Aged Care Residential Facilities, ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and carers.
The base salary for this role ranges from $57,000 (HCW) to $73,476 (RN grade 2). Additionally, eligible employees may receive relocation incentives and retention bonuses for working in rural areas.
