We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Proven Inventory Manager to join our fresh milk team at Coles Group.

About the Team

Coles continues to embark on a journey of vertical integration, delivering high-quality products and collaborating with various teams to support our customers and communities. Our newly established Fresh Milk manufacturing team will play a key role in this vision, ensuring seamless store availability from two newly acquired manufacturing sites in Sydney and Melbourne.

About the Role

As a Proven Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for managing the replenishment process for NSW & VIC, ensuring optimal inventory levels, on-time deliveries, and efficient collaboration between stores and distribution centres. You will play a pivotal role in inventory management, order fulfilment, forecasting, and building strong relationships with category managers and production teams.

  • You will coordinate and allocate outbound delivery schedules to maintain consistent inventory levels across DCs and stores.
  • You will build and review supply and demand forecasts to ensure accurate predictions.
  • You will establish and maintain relationships with category managers, DCs, and production teams to share relevant information and promote collaboration.
  • You will create reporting structures and manage data inputs to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
About You and Your Skills

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in a VRP role or similar position.
  • Familiarity with RMS, WRP, and SRP systems or willingness to learn.
  • Experience in building forecasts and data modelling.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

With an estimated salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, you will be rewarded for your hard work and dedication. Located at our Erskine Park manufacturing site, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in the fresh milk industry while working collaboratively with a dynamic team.
