We are currently seeking a skilled Concession Manager to join our team at the MYER Castle Hill store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of enthusiastic and dedicated individuals.

Estimated Salary: AU$65,000 - AU$75,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, ensuring every interaction with customers is positive and memorable.
  • Become BRA-FIT certified to provide expert fitting guidance and ensure customers receive the best possible experience in-store.
  • Represent Bendon's values and vision, embodying our commitment to empowering women for life.
  • Analyze sales data, reporting, and rosters through Power BI and Ready Tech/Zambion to optimize performance and drive business growth.
  • Partner closely with the Regional Manager on store, region, and company-wide initiatives.
  • Implement Visual Merchandising in the MYER PAD to Bendon standards and guidelines.
  • Empower team members to stay up-to-date with training initiatives and opportunities for growth within our Bendon training and development programs.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving target KPIs in a retail environment.
  • Exceptional leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly, with a can-do attitude and passion for delivering results.
  • Previous experience in a retail management role, with concession experience highly regarded but not essential.
